I am not writing this to defend her against the mean fangirls, because from what I see on my dash, they are pretty respectful of their personal life.  Let’s just call this a Mia appreciation Post.

• they’ve been together since before Darren was famous.  When he was that silly Harry freaking Potter youtube kid with long scraggly hair and pink sunglasses.  Meaning, she sees him as “Darren” and not “Darren Criss from the hit show Glee and leading man on Broadway”.

• it takes a lot out of a person to be constantly judged and ridiculed simply by being the girlfriend of someone famous that fans do not approve of.  It takes a lot out of a person to stay in a committed relationship when they are thousands of miles apart.  It takes a lot out of a person to be loyal to a guy that thousands of girls want a piece of.  It shows her type of character, and from what I can tell, Darren is lucky to have her.

you have to know much about this girl to know how much he means to her.  From what I hear, she is a beautiful spirit, funny, smart, can hold a conversation, and is basically everything that Darren says he wants in a girl.  As long as she is part of the reason Darren has that beautiful smile on his face, she is alright in my book.
